Alysha is a registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and families in the Illawarra and south coast.
Alysha enjoys workings with clients with varied needs and from various walks of life. Alysha works with children across a variety of presentations including neurodevelopmental diversity (Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in particular), trauma, anxiety and depression. Alysha has a particular passion for working with parents, particularly new parents in the perinatal period. Alysha is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, conducting research about birth trauma and early parenting.

Don has supported clients grappling with wide range of issues but has a special interest in working with anxiety, trauma and helping adults breaking free from patterns they've carried all the way from childhood. He draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
